- Do I need to download an app?
- No. The coach lives in Apple Messages: you text a phone number, like you text a friend, and it texts back. Tap “Text your coach” anywhere on this site and Messages opens with your first message already written. It works on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Android is not supported yet; WhatsApp is next.
- Is the HealthBlokk App really free for diners?
- Yes, the app is. The coaching is the paid part.
- How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
- Two things. First, your coach actually knows you, your allergies, your goals, and your past reactions, and remembers them between chats. Second, it acts: planning meals, finding safe places to eat, and helping you book. A general chatbot does neither.
- Will my health data be sold or shared?
- No. Your dietary profile is encrypted and only shared with a restaurant when you choose to (e.g., when booking). Nothing is sold to advertisers ever. EU-hosted, GDPR-native.
- Which cities first?
- Vienna and Zürich for the closed beta in August 2026, then Lisbon, Berlin, and Munich by Q4. The waitlist tells us where to head next, so drop your city in the next email.
- What about life-threatening allergies?
- HealthBlokk is a tool, not a medical device. Always carry your epinephrine and confirm with the kitchen. Your coach's job is to do the legwork and reduce friction, not to replace caution.
